GLUTEN FREE SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE

 


Ingredients

Coconut Flour        160g
Cornstarch               60g
Baking Powder       1tsp
Baking Soda            1tsp
Cocoa                     60g
Himalayan Salt      1tsp
Coconut Oil            50g
Milk                        350g
Stevia/Equal            15g
Eggs                        2pcs

For Ganache

Coconut Cream / All Purpose Cream   120g
Dark Chocolate                                     250g


Procedure for Cake
1. Combine all dry ingredients, Sift and Mix well.
2. Add all wet ingredients then mix well until smooth and free from lumps.
3. Bake at 180c for 40-50 minutes or test using toothpick it should come out clean.
4. Let it cool
5. Coat with chocolate ganache.
