HONEY SOFT ROLL

 


Ingredients

Bread Flour            500g

Salt                          1tsp

Yeast                       1/2tbsp

Honey                    150g

Water                       180g

Butter                    50g


Procedure

1. In a small bowl combine yeast, 1/4 cup water and 1tsp honey. Let  it bloom for 8-10 minutes.

2. In a large bowl combine bread flour, salt and honey. Add yeast mixture  and water mix well until you form a dough.

*WATER ABSORPTION MAY VARY YOU CAN ADD OR LESSEN WATER IF NECESSARY

3. Add in butter, mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest and cover until double in size.

4. After resting portion dough into 30g each, shape into ball. Rest and cover until double in size.

5. Bake at 170c for 12 minutes.
